7/12/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved Upon arrival to the summer camp program setting, the client appeared to be in a content state as evidenced by greeting QMHP with moderate emotions. During morning observations, the client exhibited difficulty following directives with no more than 2 verbal prompts and running through the hallways of the building. During midday observations, the client exhibited difficulty following directives within 2 prompts by repeatedly talking while watching a movie at the theater. During afternoon observations, the client exhibited difficulty achieving all his target objectives while eating lunch. The client did not keep his hands/feet to himself which caused him to fight with two of his peers. QMHP greeted the client upon arrival to the summer program setting. During morning observations, QMHP redirected the client and reiterated the importance of following directives with no more than 2 verbal prompts. During midday observations, QMHP redirected the client and reiterated the importance of following directives within two prompts. During afternoon observations, QMHP redirected the client and reiterated the importance of achieving all his target objectives. The client responded well towards summer program session as evidenced by positive feedback and participation. During morning observations, the client was unreceptive to redirection by refusing to follow directives. The client was then able to calm down and agreed to follow directives from authority within two prompts and to not run through the hallways of the building. During midday observations, the client was receptive to redirection and agreed to follow directives within two prompts by not talking while watching a movie at the theater. During afternoon observations, the client was unreceptive to redirection by refusing to follow directives and communicate his emotions properly. The client injured another QMHP by not keeping his hands to himself. The client was then able to calm down and agreed to work towards achieving all his target objectives.
